  1. Where do I meet my Chauffeur for pick-up at the airport?
    Your chauffeur will wait for your arrival at Exit A with a sign that includes your name. Upon meeting your chauffeur, they will take you to your vehicle that is conveniently parked inside the terminal. The chauffeur will meet you at the Arrival Hall with your name on a greeting sign. We will confirm all other pick-up locations at the time of reservation.

  2. How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Airport Transfer Reservation?
    RYDEXI provides 45 minutes of free wait time for each Airport Arrival Transfer, allowing you ample time to deplane and pick up your luggage. If you do not meet your chauffeur or call us within 45 minutes (60 minutes for International Arrivals) of your plane landing, we will consider you a "no-show," and you will be charged in full for the reservation.

  3. What happens if my plane arrives early or late?
    RYDEXI updates all flight arrival times and will arrive when your plane lands, regardless of whether you arrive late or early, provided we have the correct flight number.

  4. How far in advance should I place my reservation?
    Typically, we require 24 hours' advance notice for bookings. You can book and modify reservations for vehicle types and cities online up to 6 hours prior to pick-up time. If you need services sooner or have specific requests, please contact RYDEXI via email at bookings@rydexi.com. All details can be found in your written confirmation.

  5. What forms of payment does RYDEXI accept?
    RYDEXI accepts cash payments. You can pay in cash (CNY, HKD, USD, and Euros), though prior notice is requested if you require more than a small amount of change. Change will be given in local currency only. Usually, credit card information is not necessary to guarantee the reservation, but all reservations must be secured with a deposit (50% of the invoice value). Cash can only be accepted in person at RYDEXI offices; please do not send cash through the post.

  6. How do I hire a car from Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou?
    Your chauffeur will wait for your arrival at Exit A with a sign that includes your name. After meeting your chauffeur, they will take you to your vehicle parked inside the terminal. Once you're in the vehicle, relax while your chauffeur begins the journey to Guangzhou. If you have your documents and Chinese Visa ready, you will not need to leave the vehicle for customs inspection. Depending on traffic conditions, the journey should take about 3 hours and 30 minutes.

  7. Can I book a reservation without knowing my final destination?
    Yes, you can. Please let us know the approximate time you need to be dropped off. If you know some of the places you will be visiting, describe them in the itinerary of your reservation and indicate that there will be multiple stops on your journey.

  8. What types of vehicles can I reserve?
    RYDEXI offers a wide variety of vehicles designed to accommodate single passengers, small groups, and larger passenger groups. You can view the various vehicle types on our website under the RYDEXI Fleet section. However, not all vehicle types can be reserved online. For larger vehicles not available through our e-Reservations system, please email us at info@rydexi.com

  9. How do I cancel my booking?
    Cancellations are accepted via email (bookings@rydexi.com) only. A 50% charge of the invoice value will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur no charge. No-shows will be charged the full reservation fare.

  10. What are the cancellation charges?
    RYDEXI requires that all changes be received via email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, you will be charged in full for the order.

  11. Is it possible to place, change, or cancel a reservation with my Chauffeur?
    Cancellations and changes are accepted by email (bookings@rydexi.com) only.

  12. How can I find out which destinations RYDEXI offers service to? How can I book a car for these cities?
    A list of our locations is provided on our website under "Car Rental Locations." You can book RYDEXI transportation for any city in China using any of the above booking methods. If your desired city is not listed in our e-Reservation service, please contact us at bookings@rydexi.com to book your reservation.

  13. Why can't I submit my reservation request?
    Please ensure that all required fields on the form are filled out. Asterisks (*) indicate required fields that must be completed for the form to be transmitted.
